This research was carried out on Build Operate Transfer investment in Business cooperation model to metering system development project by examinated those criterias by technology preparedness level (TKT) evaluation method, Innovation preparedness level and political, social economic, technology, environment & legal aspects (PESTEL). This research was carried out to earned value from level of technological readiness level 8 and 9, Those innovation steady level 3 which involved several division like business development, engineering, accounting & finance, administration, human resources and health safety environtment officer. Gathered from all divisions and gave an score for TKT 8 assessment should be weight of more than 95% for accurate data criteria are ready, an assessment of TKT 9 has weight of more than 91% for technology criteria which tested in actual conditions, an assessment of Katsinov 3 has weighting of more than 94% for Manufacture Aspects, while assessment of PESTEL has a weight of more than 85% for Legal Aspect. Furthermore, these assessment results were brought up into focus group discussion by presented the Managing Director as expert judgment on final assessor of data validation, indicators, graphics and risk management planning before making decision about those Build Operate Transfer concept on investment business cooperation model to metering system of development project.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the relationships between servant leadership, pro-environmental behavior, and external and autonomous motivation among nurses, and whether external and autonomous motivations mediate the relationship between servant leadership and pro-environmental behavior. Based on a survey of 351 nurses, we found that servant leadership was significantly associated with pro-environmental behavior and that external and autonomous motivations indirectly affected the relationship between servant leadership and pro-environmental behavior. Moreover, servant leadership was found to interact with external motivation to predict pro-environmental behavior of nurses. Managers of nursing services should consider servant leadership and its positive influence on nurses’ outcomes in order to improve their performance and, subsequently, the healthcare system.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and brand image on purchasing decisions and customer satisfaction in Shopee. This study also examines the indirect effect of service quality and brand image on customer satisfaction with purchasing decisions as a mediating or intervening variable. The study was conducted at RT 002 Villa Galaxy. The sample in this study was Shopee customers with a purposive sampling method. The number of respondents who participated in this study were 100 respondents. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-5. The method and analysis tool is Partial Least Square (PLS) with Smart PLS Software 3. The results of the study show that service quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, brand image has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, service quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, brand image significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, purchasing decisions significantly positive effect on customer satisfaction, and purchasing decisions mediate the effect of service quality and brand image on customer satisfaction. Shopee can improve service quality and brand image so that purchasing decisions and customer satisfaction can be improved, through improved features and application services.

Abstract

Background this study is to find the importance of the application of strategy generic consisting of the strategy differentiation, strategy cost leadership and strategies focus on created customer loyalty in the centre of the condition pandemics an outbreak of the disease covid-19 in polyclinic MCU XYZ Cardiovascular Hospital in determine policy in order to anticipate the increasing number of patients move to the hospital in the middle of this other industrial competition hospitals that getting high. Research methods that were used with the quantitative approach, subject to a sample research that is 82 patients. Data were collected by means of instruments the questionnaire measured by scale Likert and in analysis with linear regression multiple with the result that the application of strategy differentiation having influence positive impact in creating customer loyalty in polyclinic MCU XYZ Cardiovascular Hospital, shown through value the regression coefficient ( b1 = 0,381 and t count = 4,444 with sig < 0,05.

Abstract

Business Model Canvas becomes a company performance appraisal. BMC is widely used for initial design of business process. In this research, the author is focusing on analyzing business process in XYZ University, one of the largest well known universities in Indonesia. Through the business process, translated onto BMC to see wider view from the beginning to the end of the process. The BMC and then transforms into 4 areas of Balanced Scorecard to see percentage of 4 areas of the business process. Type of data is primary, by observing and interviewing some employees, students, and alumni, and secondary by searching information through social media. The methods is Business Model Canvas and Balanced Scorecard. The result is by including some inputs, business process of XYZ University confirms that the university will survive in long term and has good capacity to remain as one of the high rank universities in Indonesia.

Abstract

With so many companies that have emerged and can evolve over time, now the family company has experienced rapid progress. This article was created with the aim of being able to discuss the application of the principles of Good Corporate Governance in family businesses. PT. X which is engaged in heavy equipment transportation services and has two offices in different regions. By using descriptive qualitative analysis methods in order to provide good information and understand the principles of Good Corporate Governance. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that PT. X must face problems in the application of the principle of corporate accountability is still not able to apply the job desk properly so that in the implementation of the job desk that is implemented still does not meet the principle of independence. So the company is expected to be able to better organize the organizational structure and by using the Family Owned Enterprise (FOE) family company so that the principles of Good Corporate Governance can be better applied to the company.

Abstract

In meeting the needs of additional funds, BCA has taken into account the needs of customers; provided in the form of credit facilities. The business model of this local credit facility has been well thought out so as to make this facility in demand among customers. Analysis uses 9 business model segments ranging from determining customer segments, value propositions, channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partnerships, and cost structure. These 9 segments will be interrelated to support BCA as a whole and in line with the vision, mission, values, needs and other activities of BCA.

Abstract

This research aims to inspects the reaction between Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior also its implications to Employees Performance at PT Sharprindo Dinamika Prima Tangerang. By using 100 employees at PT Sharprindo Dinamika Prima as respondents, and samples would taking with using a random sampling design proportional strata. The Data has been processed by SmartPLS SEM Version 3.0. The results of this research was indicated that Organizational Culture has strong reaction towards Employees Performance, Organizational Commitment has strong reaction over Employee Performance, Organizational Citizenship Behavior has strong reactions over Employee Performance, the outcome from this research simultaneously shows that the Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior simultaneously has positive react kon employee performance

Abstract

The aim of these research was to discover the main influence factors to employee engagement, Such as: compensation, organizational justice, work life-balance and job satisfaction. This research also wants to know the role of mediation satisfaction on the effect of compensation, organizational justice, work life-balance towards employee engagement. The research method by quantitative explanatory with SEM-PLS. The research sample was 98 BRI Bank Kemayoran Branch employees. Those sampling technique used saturated sampling (census). The results showed that compensation, organizational justice has an influence over job satisfaction, while work life-balance does not relate to it. Work-life balance, organizational justice and job satisfaction has affect towards employee engagement, while compensation does not affect those employee engagement. In addition, job satisfaction could mediates the effect of compensation and organizational justice variables on employee engagement, while not on the effect of work life-balance on employee engagement.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Net Profit Margin, Earning Per Share, Return on Equity, and Price to Book Value on stock prices. The population of this study are all companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange LQ-45 in the 2015-2018 research period. LQ45 index as one of the stock index indicators on the IDX can be used as a reference as a material to assess the performance of stock trading. This research is to determine the phenomenon that stock prices are one of the measurement tools used to provide information about the success of managing a company. This study uses secondary data in the form of annual financial reports obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique was taken by using purposive sampling as many as 28 companies. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression. From these results it can be concluded that earnings earnings have a significant positive effect on stock prices, Return on equity has a significant negative effect, Price to book value has a significant positive effect on stock prices, net profit margins have a negative and no significant effect on stock prices

Abstract

The development of culinary business is increasing in Indonesia, especially in big cities, making promising business opportunities. Warung dimsum are used as research objects for the application of Business Model Canvas. The research method uses quantitative descriptive. Data collection is done by interview. The results of the interview show that the Key Activity element is the strongest in the Warung Dimsum. Suggestion from research is that there is a need to develop channel elements to expand sales.
